Role Overview:
As a member of our Core Experience team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our system architecture, enhancing technical skills, and collaborating across teams to drive innovation. You’ll design solutions that impact our institutional clients while contributing to the evolution of the digital asset ecosystem. 🌐

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain shared services and libraries used across our micro-services.
• Refactor code to enhance performance, reduce tech debt, and simplify APIs.
• Develop seamless and user-friendly APIs 🚀.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring consistency and quality within the engineering team.
• Tackle complex problems, driving pragmatic solutions to ambiguity.
• Lead projects independently or within a team, delivering exceptional features.
• Foster a deterministic testing culture to minimize technical debt.
• Share knowledge effectively across the team to prevent any single point of failure.
• Mentor engineers, aligning their work with the strategic goals of Anchorage Digital.

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to code quality and test infrastructure.
• Passion for enhancing user experience and prioritizing business needs.
• Proficient in computer science fundamentals (concurrency, algorithms, data structures).
• Experience in building complex distributed systems.
• Team-oriented mindset with a love for collaboration and mentorship.

Bonus Points For:

• GraphQL and gRPC API design experience.
• Willingness to engage with open-source projects for debugging.
