Key Responsibilities:

🌟 Team Management & Coaching

  • Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 2 to 4 Account Managers.
  • Provide training and performance feedback to enhance team success.
  • Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.

🎯 Champion Customer Excellence

  • Serve as the primary contact for key decision-makers in our top merchants.
  • Analyze merchant feedback and market trends to enhance service offerings.
  • Identify pain points and implement strategic improvements within the category.

  • Manage escalations for complex client issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise proactive solutions minimizing churn.
  • Establish protocols to ensure long-term merchant satisfaction.

  • Develop and execute strategies to boost customer value through upselling.
  • Collaborate with merchants to identify growth metrics and drive scaling efforts.
  • Work with sales and product teams to expand Bigblue's influence within your category.
