Position Summary:
- Role: Admin, Finance & Logistics Assistant
- Location: N’Djamena, Chad
- Contract Type: 12-month renewable, local employment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general administrative tasks, including filing and document digitization.
- Draft and submit correspondence to partners and government institutions.
- Facilitate the submission and follow-up of travel authorizations.
- Welcome guests and maintain visitor logs.
- Identify administrative challenges and communicate them effectively.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Assist in financial management and oversight of logistics for field activities.
- Collaborate closely with the senior finance officer to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, Procurement, or Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international NGO (preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in both French and English.
- Familiarity with local languages is a plus.
