Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Associate Director/ Director, Corporate Partnership Operations to lead our strategic partnership operations. You will be crucial in ensuring seamless execution of initiatives and driving operational excellence within our alliance management functions. This role is ideal for an experienced leader ready to manage complex corporate relationships and align teams towards common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance internal processes and improve efficiency within Corporate Partnerships.
• Identify and refine best practices for partnership operations and program execution.
• Oversee program tracking, management, and timelines to drive partnership success.
• Coordinate key internal meetings, from setting agendas to action tracking and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and drive operational excellence.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Streamline internal processes and tools for better communication and decision-making.
• Support reporting frameworks ensuring consistency and accountability.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in operations, corporate partnerships, or alliance management in a corporate or high-growth setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex relationships and drive operational efficiencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with leadership presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive continuous improvement.
