As an Associate Product Owner, you will work alongside senior product leaders, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of product features and updates. Dive into managing product development processes, prioritizing tasks, and learning to align strategic goals with business objectives. πŸš€

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of features that cater to customer and business needs.
  • Support the prioritization and refinement of the development backlog.
  • Assist in defining and documenting clear and feasible product requirements.
  • Conduct testing and validation for new features and bug fixes.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Create and maintain product artifacts including documentation, guides, and promotional content.
  • Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders for effective communication and decision-making.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate ideas and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate on sprint planning, retrospectives, and KPI tracking.
  • Develop foundational knowledge of ticketing industry technologies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and drive data-informed improvements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in product management.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a product, engineering, support, or technical position, ideally in the ticketing industry.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and feedback in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven skills in bridging market requirements and technical delivery.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Passion for problem-solving and contributing to innovative solutions.
  • Basic understanding of agile software development principles.
  • Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote-first environment.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in the sports and entertainment ticketing industry, marketplace technology, or startups.
