About the Role:
As an Associate Project Manager on our Site Engagement Team, you will be integral to improving efficiency within Tempus' TIME network operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead process improvements, and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our internal systems. This is your chance to enhance patient access to groundbreaking clinical trials! 🩺✨

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with diverse teams to execute operational initiatives and refine workflows.
• Maintain data integrity as the SME for databases supporting the TIME program.
• Drive ad hoc process improvements to uphold operational excellence.
• Implement a tracking system for site support agreements.
• Establish a Quality Control system for accurate site network documentation.
• Foster effective communications within the TIME Network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of clinical research experience within oncology.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Resilient and organized, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in EDC systems, database management, and MS Office Suite.

Compensation:
