Your Role Includes:

• Engaging with homeowners at retail stores, tradeshows, and community events.
• Initiating conversations, building rapport, and uncovering customer needs through effective communication.
• Generating high-quality leads and scheduling free, in-home consultations for our sales team.
• Educating potential customers on our industry-leading window and door solutions.
• Using persuasion to encourage homeowners to take the next step.

✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage, influence, and build relationships.
