📍 Location: United States (Full-Time / Remote)
💼 Department: Business Operations – Business Operations
💰 Salary Range: $110,160 - $151,200 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Workday, including configuration, audits, and data reporting 📊
• Provide training and mentorship to cross-functional teams on tools and systems 🤝
• Partner collaboratively to develop and implement system solutions with clear technical accuracy 🔧
• Maintain comprehensive process and project documentation 📜
• Lead special projects including M&As and system integrations 🚀
• Enhance reporting, dashboards, and end-user experiences for optimal usability 🌈

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Workday experience ⏳
• 5+ years in HR Systems, People Operations, or Business Systems 🤓
• Functional expertise in multiple Workday modules (e.g., Absence, Benefits, Core HR) 🏷️
• Technical skills in configuring Workday and creating reports 📈
• Project management experience in HR technology projects 🗂️
• Proven ability to provide end-user training and support 📚

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• AI experience in HR Technology, familiarity with systems like Lever or Lattice 🤖
• Understanding of SOX compliance and internal IT control processes 🛡️
