Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic vision and development of technological solutions for our clients.
- Navigate the Software as a Medical Device development process and Telehealth Platforms/Services.
- Prepare for regulatory (FDA), legal, and medical reviews.
- Manage Klickās Quality Management System effectively.
- Gather research and analyze data to inform decisions.
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and features aligned with client needs.
- Communicate insights clearly, both visually and verbally.
- Oversee project management while balancing immediate and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure successful product development.
- Embrace agile methodologies to drive efficiency and adaptability.
- Serve as a client advocate, championing their product development journey.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product development, particularly within the US healthcare space.
- Strong background in software development and project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of FDA regulatory landscapes for digital solution development.
- Understanding of ISO13485:2016 and experience managing a Quality Management System.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and business teams.
- Proven adaptability and ability to pivot quickly to address changing needs.
- Experience with design thinking and foresighting is a plus.
- Comfortable leading co-creation sessions and design discussions.
- Degree in technology or business (post-graduate an asset) or equivalent vocational experience.
- Familiarity with fullstack (Node, Angular, React) and cloud technologies (AWS, GVP, Azure) is desirable.
