Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to ensure they fully understand our innovative products like Cribl Stream, Cribl Edge, and Cribl Cloud. β¨
- Provide exceptional support and insights through our Learning & Resources, including Cribl University and the Curious Knowledge Base. π
- Collaborate with our service delivery partners to deliver top-notch solutions and services. π€
- Assist in organizing and promoting our events, webinars, and demos to showcase our exciting offerings. π
- Gather customer feedback to drive improvements across our product range and support systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support or experience roles. πΌ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and event stream processing is a plus. βοΈ
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
