Your Role:
As a key player in our Customer Service team, you will embody our motto "Let’s Run There" by providing best-in-class service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately processing and tracking customer orders and ensuring timely communication.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and building strong relationships with retailers.
  • Proactively handling shipping requirements, large order cancellations, and inventory information.
  • Managing customer databases and resolving invoicing issues, ensuring seamless communication.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in EDI, ERP, and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluent in Spanish and strong English skills.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
