Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to foster repeat business 🌟
  • Educate customers about our products and services 🧑‍🏫
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations ⚖️
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and conduct accurate cash handling
  • Utilize our point-of-sale system for transactions 💳
  • Address customer complaints or escalate to management as necessary
  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment 🧹
  • Perform additional tasks as instructed by management

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 🗣️
  • Ability to assess customer needs and offer appropriate products/services
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Honest and possessing integrity
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus 🇺🇸🇪🇸

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Lift up to 15 lbs. with minimal assistance
  • Work efficiently in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels
