Join Rackspace Technology as a Customer Service Technician II and be a crucial part of our outstanding customer service and technical support operations! You will be providing exceptional technical support to customers through phone, chat, and support tickets, primarily focusing on hosted business email and the Microsoft Office 365 productivity suite. π
Location: Hybrid - Mexico City or Remote across various Mexican states
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support requests via phone, chat, and tickets ππ¬
- Escalate support requests when needed π
- Provide technical troubleshooting and solutions for product offerings π‘
- Proactively educate customers to address future technical challenges π
- Foster customer loyalty by exceeding service expectations π€
- Make informed decisions to deliver exceptional support daily π
- Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, spam/security, desktop/mobile devices, and account/billing inquiries π οΈ
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity suite (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) π₯οΈ
- Strong motivation to learn new technologies π
- Outgoing personality and a positive attitude π
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills π£οΈ
- High school diploma or equivalent required π
- At least one Microsoft 365 certification π
- Minimum of 1 year in relevant Microsoft 365 help desk experience π
- Experience with help desk/ticketing systems π₯οΈ
- Advanced English fluency required π£οΈ
