Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor & educate customers on best practices for the Sonatype Nexus Platform.
- Identify gaps in customer experience and collaborate with teams to resolve them.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product improvements.
- Ensure that customers are not just satisfied but genuinely delighted with our products! π
What Weβre Looking For:
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern DevOps tooling.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for building long-term relationships and facilitating customer success.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer engagements.
