Join our dynamic Customer Success team, dedicated to driving value and delivering world-class support!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable processes for seamless customer on-boarding and post-sales success.
• Track and manage implementation projects with enterprise customers for successful delivery of technology and services.
• Foster Healthy Customer Relationships through proactive support and regular follow-ups.
• Quantify product feedback and collaborate with executives to enhance our solutions.
• Create customer loyalty through attentive account management.
• Advocate for commercial customers by understanding their unique use cases and needs.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and customer check-ins to maximize the value from Skydio technology.
• Ensure expansions and renewals through proactive support strategies.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time. ✈️
• Ability to obtain a Part 107 certificate.
• Strong preference for candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven track record in implementing technology and collaborating with technical teams.
• Experience in driving adoption and value of hardware or software within large enterprises.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong project management focus.
• Background in commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems and software development/deployment.
• Ability to engage customers proactively with metrics-based strategies.
• Collaborate closely with sales to ensure customer renewal and identify vertical-specific pain points.

Compensation & Benefits:
