Join Wealthsimple as our next dynamic and strategic Director, CXO, leading our elevated client experiences teams in Toronto, Ontario! This permanent, full-time remote role is your opportunity to shape the future of financial services for over 4 million users and help craft exceptional experiences for our high net worth (HNW) clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Inspire teams to collaborate and improve continuously, ensuring alignment towards delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Client Excellence: Oversee the development of seamless processes that resonate with Wealthsimple’s values, enhancing the end-to-end client journey.
- Experimentation & Innovation: Spearhead the execution of new client experience experiments, utilizing cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to ensure impactful solutions.
- Onboarding Team Leadership: Manage the Gold Glove Team and develop additional teams to deliver outstanding support to high-value clients.
- High Net Worth (HNW) Team Leadership: Design efficient processes for the Private Wealth Specialist team, collaborating closely with the commercial team for exceptional service.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product, analytics, and CX teams to drive solutions that meet client needs and business objectives.
- Process Design & Scalability: Develop elevated client processes that adapt to future needs, creating a “private banking at scale” model for HNW clients.
- Client-Centric Mindset: Maintain a focus on client satisfaction, eliminating pain points and ensuring value in every onboarding step.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use data insights to assess the performance of client programs, optimize engagement, and align onboarding initiatives with KPIs.
- Strategic Thinking & Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences while keeping education on industry trends pertinent.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ Years of Domain Experience: Proven track record in leadership within client experience, sales, or onboarding, preferably in a tech/fintech setting.
- People Leadership: 7+ years in a leadership role, with a strong vision for team development and strategy.
- Client Passion: Deep enthusiasm for understanding and delighting clients.
- Communication: Excellent communicator skilled at breaking down complex concepts clearly.
- Prioritization & Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with a first-principles approach to problem-solving.
- Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Proactive & Assertive: Initiative in bringing innovative ideas and tech solutions to enhance client engagement.
