You will lead the vision and execution of our Growth and Engagement teams, crafting optimized experiences that drive member activation and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic vision for Member Growth and Engagement in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
  • Drive transformative initiatives while experimenting and iterating to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Oversee the creation of intuitive user experiences that elevate key growth metrics like signup and onboarding.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and lead A/B experiments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team of product designers and collaborate with engineers, marketers, analysts, and data scientists.
  • Communicate insights to stakeholders and engage with executives on strategic opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years in product design, with 5+ years in leadership roles within consumer-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to create innovative design solutions and attract top talent.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and rapid prototyping.
  • Familiarity with AI and Gen AI product development.
  • Strong user-focused mindset driven by data and research for effective problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to align cross-functional teams.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $174,320 - $320,099, plus equity and benefits based on your geographic zone and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses are also available! 🎯
