Join Sylvera, a pioneering company on a mission to incentivize real climate action! As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in driving market penetration in the rapidly developing Middle Eastern carbon markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and build relationships across large enterprise customers in the Middle East.
  • Generate net-new commercial sales opportunities and successfully close new business.
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound sales strategies to nurture leads.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final close.
  • Establish and grow relationships with stakeholders to drive opportunities.
  • Own revenue generation and develop strategic account plans.
  • Provide valuable feedback to our product team based on prospect interactions.
  • Become a market technical expert for our customers and prospects.
  • Help customers overcome challenges to significantly increase Sylvera’s revenue.

Who You Are: 🧠💚

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience as a top performer.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Culturally sensitive with a strong understanding of local business practices.
  • Willing to travel to the region monthly.
  • A self-starter with experience in early-stage startups or scale-ups.
  • Creative in lead generation, capable of building opportunities from scratch.
  • Proven track record of meeting ambitious sales quotas.
  • Deeply care about climate and ecosystem sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Established network across various industries.
  • Experience in value-based selling within large enterprises.
  • Prior experience selling sustainability or ESG solutions.

Location:
Based in London (Old Street) with a hybrid working environment. Attendance at key meetings is required in person.
