Join Sylvera, a pioneering company on a mission to incentivize real climate action! As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in driving market penetration in the rapidly developing Middle Eastern carbon markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and build relationships across large enterprise customers in the Middle East.
- Generate net-new commercial sales opportunities and successfully close new business.
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales strategies to nurture leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final close.
- Establish and grow relationships with stakeholders to drive opportunities.
- Own revenue generation and develop strategic account plans.
- Provide valuable feedback to our product team based on prospect interactions.
- Become a market technical expert for our customers and prospects.
- Help customers overcome challenges to significantly increase Sylvera’s revenue.
Who You Are: 🧠💚
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience as a top performer.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
- Culturally sensitive with a strong understanding of local business practices.
- Willing to travel to the region monthly.
- A self-starter with experience in early-stage startups or scale-ups.
- Creative in lead generation, capable of building opportunities from scratch.
- Proven track record of meeting ambitious sales quotas.
- Deeply care about climate and ecosystem sustainability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Established network across various industries.
- Experience in value-based selling within large enterprises.
- Prior experience selling sustainability or ESG solutions.
