Join our dynamic Payments Fraud and Trust & Safety Product team, dedicated to creating a safe and trusted user experience across our platform! You will work on complex challenges, from preventing payment fraud to ensuring regulatory compliance, alongside cross-functional teams like Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Risk Operations.

📌 About the Role
As the Group Product Manager for Fraud, Trust & Safety, you will lead a talented team of approximately 6 Product Managers focusing on Payments Fraud, Identity Verification, and Offline Safety. Your mission? To reduce financial risk, enhance user authentication, and ensure compliance across global markets. This role is your chance to innovate in fraud prevention and drive customer trust!

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of PMs, fostering innovation in fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.
• Develop scalable solutions for unauthorized payments, identity verification, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with teams such as CX, Design, Engineering, S&O, and Analytics to enhance platform security and trust.
• Own and influence key metrics including chargeback rates and regulatory compliance.
• Define and execute comprehensive roadmaps for offline safety and financial risk management.

🔑 Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on fraud, risk, or trust & safety.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing PM teams.
• Proven expertise in fraud, payments, or identity verification products.
• Experience with machine learning-based risk models.
• Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and influence decisions.

💰 Compensation:
Base Pay: $193,800 - $285,000 USD, plus equity grants and other benefits!
