Position Overview:
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to bridge our digital marketing team with technical and SEO-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen, UX/UI understanding, and data-driven insights to enhance our digital presence and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO & Digital Optimization:

    • Drive our comprehensive SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimizations, and structured data.
    • Conduct site audits to elevate organic search rankings and boost user engagement.
    • Implement A/B testing and UX enhancements to uplift conversion rates.
  • Technical Implementation & Website Management:

    • Collaborate with developers and designers to refine the digital user experience (landing pages, forms, mobile UX).
    • Monitor and enhance website performance metrics (page speed, user flow).
    • Manage and optimize tracking pixels, tags, and analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4).
    • Oversee schema markup, metadata optimization, and internal linking strategies.
  • Data-Driven Growth & Reporting:

    • Create dashboards to track SEO performance and website engagement.
    • Develop strategies to enrich our customer acquisition funnel focusing on usability.
    • Collaborate with marketing, tech, and operations to spearhead data-backed strategies.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:

    • Partner with content, creative, and paid media teams to harmonize initiatives with SEO best practices.
    • Stay ahead of trends in search and digital UX to implement innovative solutions.
    • Ensure all digital experiences engage both search engines and users effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, technical marketing, and digital user experience.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles to create high-converting digital experiences.
  • Proven problem-solver with the ability to enhance website performance.
  • Collaborative spirit adept at working with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strategic execution capabilities.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
