Your Role:
As the Head of Data and Analytics, you will lead a centralized team of data and analytics professionals, driving enterprise-level insights across all business functions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Technology, Finance, Clinical, Product, and Operations to deliver accurate and actionable insights that enhance our scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management & Insights: Develop standardized data architecture and dashboards for tracking OKRs across diverse markets and products.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to identify insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Data & Analytics Roadmap: Collaborate with the product team to create and execute a strategic analytics roadmap.
- Business Intelligence Development: Improve the business intelligence center through enhanced reporting solutions.
- Team Leadership: Structure and lead high-performing analytics teams to support various stakeholders.
- Data Optimization: Acquire and optimize data collection methods for performance improvement.
- Predictive & Advanced Analytics: Innovate predictive models to support decision-making in clinical and operational contexts.
- Risk & Cost of Care Modeling: Develop patient risk stratification and cost-of-care models in collaboration with Finance and Clinical teams.
- Data Alignment & Governance: Standardize practices for data and analytics consistency across the organization.
- Reporting & Communication: Create accessible reports and dashboards to communicate analytical insights.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Enforce data governance standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in data, product, or analytics roles.
- Expertise with large healthcare datasets and complex healthcare databases.
- Deep understanding of FFS care, value-based care, and healthcare compliance.
- Proven track record in operational excellence and results-driven initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with proficiency in presentations.
- Experience with analytics reporting tools that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare technologies, including EHR systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Travel Requirements:
Less than 10% travel for company gatherings, primarily in Chicago.
