Mission
We are searching for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and scale our U.S. operations, reporting directly to the COO. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, cultivating relationships with consulting firms, and collaborating seamlessly with our global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Achieve 100% year-over-year revenue growth in the U.S. and Canada, establishing North America as Potlocβs primary growth market.
- Team Leadership & Hiring: Build and retain a high-performing sales team through effective recruitment and training.
- Client Expansion: Strengthen relationships with consulting and private equity firms to foster repeat business.
- Operational Excellence: Work in tandem with marketing, product, and operations teams to maximize client satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly KPI updates focused on revenue, margin, and client satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Extensive knowledge of consulting and private equity operations
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. market
- Proven track record in scaling businesses within a B2B tech environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and grow sales teams
- Experience in asynchronous collaborative work environments
Desirable:
- Knowledge of primary research, expert networks, and survey methods
- Experience with consulting firms like McKinsey or Bain, delivering insights for decision-making

Compensation & Location:
- π Location: New York City with travel across the U.S. and trips to our Montreal HQ
- π° Compensation: OTE of $350K to $500K, structured 50/50 between base and performance-based incentives
