IT Administrator 🌐
Location: Austin, TX | Type: Full-Time | Work Environment: Hybrid
Join our dynamic team at Digital Turbine, where we enhance mobile advertising experiences for users, app publishers, and advertisers! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting our Executive Leadership and global staff from our Austin, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a worldwide IT team to support both internal and external customers.
- Provide top-notch in-person and remote assistance to all employees, including Executive and Senior Leadership.
- Manage incoming technical support requests through our IT help desk ticketing system.
- Oversee and maintain the office's IT infrastructure, including end-user devices and applications.
- Ensure functionality of computer equipment and peripherals through setup, maintenance, and repair.
- Develop and distribute technical instructional documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in IT offices, server rooms, and storage areas.
- Work with departments such as Engineering, DevOps, Security, and more on various projects.
- Manage mobile device management (MDM) infrastructure using JAMF and Intune.
- Handle office firewalls (e.g., UniFi, Fortinet), VPN gateways, and WiFi infrastructure.
- Support our communication and productivity tools like Google Apps, Slack, and Zoom.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, including new hire orientations and asset management.
- Provide IT support for both local and global events, with occasional travel to other offices as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
- Experience with Identity Provider platforms (like Okta) and SaaS applications (such as Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with centrally managed client security technologies (like Crowdstrike) and MDM solutions.
- Strong customer orientation and exceptional communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management.
- Proven experience in supporting executive staff in person and remotely.
