Salary: $85,737 - $111,458 + quarterly bonus

As the Manager of Healthcare Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Managed Medicaid channel growth by fostering relationships with Managed Medicaid, AAA, CBO, PACE, and state case management agencies. Your efforts will focus on educating field-based case managers about LTSS waiver benefits, ensuring that Mom’s Meals is recognized as an industry leader in quality and nutritional support for high-risk LTSS members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present Mom’s Meals products to diverse audiences including managed care organizations, case managers, and healthcare providers 🏥
• Utilize company programs to streamline sales engagements and optimize weekly routes for client interactions
• Coordinate informative presentations at staff meetings, in-service events, and conferences 📊
• Achieve sales forecast and growth objectives
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities in the CRM database for tracking and follow-ups
• Travel regionally and nationally for conferences and sales initiatives ✈️

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree 🎓
• 5+ years of healthcare sales experience in managed care, home health, or related areas
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare programs
• Proven ability to engage care providers for high-risk populations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems like Salesforce
• Clinical credentialing in Social Work, Nursing, or Nutrition preferred
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time

Preferred Skills:

• Licensed social workers or nursing case managers with relationship-building experience
• Passionate non-credentialed candidates with competency in networking and promoting SDOH benefits are also encouraged to apply
