What You'll Do:
As the Patient Engagement Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead crucial marketing initiatives aimed at engaging patients through innovative outreach efforts. Your role is vital in ensuring patient-centric marketing execution and driving participation in trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient-Level Marketing Execution: Develop targeted marketing strategies to boost patient awareness and participation at our sites and community events. Create and deploy impactful materials, including signage, flyers, and digital content.
  • Partner Marketing: Forge strategic partnerships with advocacy groups and local organizations to enhance recruitment and engagement efforts.
  • Content Development & Creative Execution: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral that simplifies complex medical information into engaging formats for diverse patient audiences.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Manage a team member focused on content creation. Collaborate across multiple teams to align strategies and optimize patient engagement outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years in patient engagement marketing or healthcare marketing.
  • Proven success with grassroots marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, CRM systems, and digital platforms.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional qualifications in event or field marketing being a plus.

Travel Requirements:
This position is fully remote but may involve up to 20% travel.
