What You'll Do:

  • Inbound Lead Management: Engage with interested prospects via forms and online chats.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads for fit and readiness to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives and the Head of Growth to schedule product demonstrations and strategize for account development.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and surpass daily activity KPIs and monthly pipeline quotas.

What You'll Bring:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English for global prospect communication.
  • Call Center Experience: Preferred experience in a high-volume contact environment or call center.
  • Drive: A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and learning.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate challenges and adjust strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative spirit to effectively work across departments and support colleagues.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Hubspot CRM and sales engagement platforms.

Your Journey to Success:

Month 1: Gain a deep understanding of our products and market. Begin engaging with inbound leads under supervision.
Month 2: Start outbound prospecting by applying learnings to generate new leads. Collaborate with AEs to refine messaging.
Month 3: Independently manage both inbound and outbound leads while consistently meeting sales targets.
Month 12: Become a key contributor to the growth team, mentor new SDRs/BDRs/MDRs, and explore career advancement opportunities within Truv.
