Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing and business development within the A/E/C or related industry. This role will report to the regional Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate with our skilled marketing team across AMT's geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Marketing Pursuit Activities (75-85%)

• Develop and manage proposal strategies and preparations.
• Implement efficient proposal development processes.
• Ensure timely production and delivery of proposals.
• Manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• Populate the marketing database and track opportunities.
• Provide excellent client service and teamwork.
• Research potential projects and clients, create trade event plans, and utilize digital marketing strategies.

🔹 Additional Activities (15-25%)

• Monitor industry plans and facilitate firm outreach.
• Build relationships for potential contracts and teaming opportunities.
• Represent AMT at selected industry events to connect with prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing and proposal development experience in A/E/C or professional services.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; experience with Deltek Vision, Adobe Photoshop, and OpenAsset is a plus.
