Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to set up and monitor loyalty marketing campaigns using platforms like Marketo, Airship, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Define campaign goals and requirements, lead kick-off meetings, and manage workstreams and timelines.
- Execute multi-channel messaging campaigns with a focus on personalization, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Proofread and conduct quality assurance on digital content to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes, recommend improvements, and manage compliance with performance reporting standards.
- Communicate project status and manage campaign priorities in daily team meetings.
- Stay current on marketing technology best practices and identify new tools for campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications for Success:
- 3+ years in digital campaign management or a similar role.
- 2+ years of QA experience focused on marketing materials.
- Proficiency in HTML and basic CSS; creative design experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and personalization strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience with cross-browser testing and creative production processes.
- Knowledge of QA platforms like Litmus or Validity.
