Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments with efficiency and professionalism.
• 🏥 Promote a welcoming atmosphere to enhance patient experience and support providers.
• 📦 Manage inventory and supply stocking as needed.
• 🧠 Participate in training and continued education opportunities to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

• 🌟 Preferred healthcare or medical receptionist experience, but we welcome newcomers eager to learn!
• 💻 Familiarity with EMR software and scheduling systems is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including rotating Saturdays.
• A reliable and dedicated approach to customer service is a must!
