Are you an experienced payroll leader with a passion for excellence? Bounteous x Accolite is a premier digital transformation consultancy seeking a strategic Payroll Lead to manage our payroll function across multiple entities in the US and Canada. 👩‍💼👨‍💼

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations.
  • Own payroll compliance, oversee audits, and ensure adherence to tax laws and reporting requirements.
  • Implement and manage payroll systems and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal teams to align payroll processes with overall business strategies.
  • Oversee payroll tax filings and audits, ensuring timely payments.
  • Manage relationships with payroll providers and regulatory agencies. 🤝

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of payroll experience with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Extensive experience in managing payroll for multi-entity organizations in the US and Canada.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ADP and Namely is a plus. 🛠️
