Your Role:
As our PMO Director, you'll ensure our strategic programs progress smoothly from opportunity capture to successful execution. You will:
- Manage the PMO team and processes to meet program goals. ๐
- Foster partnerships across commercial, engineering, finance, and more to ensure alignment and deliverables.
- Develop and improve processes for accountability regarding schedules, budgets, and customer needs.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and recovery plans effectively to senior management.
- Identify and manage operational, technical, and financial risks while strengthening customer relationships. ๐ค
Who You Are:
Youโre a strategic leader with:
- Strong customer engagement skills, adept at negotiating and navigating risks.
- Proven cross-functional management expertise, able to mobilize resources across teams.
- In-depth experience with large, complex programs and technical uncertainty.
- A background in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with translating commercial contracts into actionable operational goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelorโs degree in engineering or a technical field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years in technical project/program management.
- Leadership experience driving cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in Project Management are a plus.
Location & Travel:
The PMO Director role requires up to 25% travel. Preferred office locations include Charlotte, NC; Cleveland, OH; and Pittsburgh, PA.
