Role Overview:
As a Procurement Stock Planner, you will be a crucial part of our Operations Team, ensuring optimal stock levels, managing supplier relations, and optimizing inventory to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal stock levels of SKUs for the Amstelveen warehouse by collaborating with warehouse teams and category managers.
  • Coordinate daily purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  • Develop an optimal replenishment strategy, balancing material availability and stock costs.
  • Conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and warehouse teams.
  • Analyze forecasts to optimize quantity and pricing according to stock levels.
  • Manage supplier relationships and internal communications regarding deliveries and quality.
  • Maintain and update the materials database and ERP system (Netsuite).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or logistics.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and resilient in adapting to change.
  • Passion for sustainability and enhancing customer experience.

Work Environment:
We value collaboration, empathy, and growth in a flexible working environment. You'll work from our Amstelveen warehouse at least once a week and have the option to work abroad for up to 30 days each year! 🌴
