Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product portfolios with organizational goals.
• Gather customer insights and market data to inform product prioritization and road mapping.
• Partner with the Squad Technical Owner to facilitate sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Communicate product roadmaps to internal teams, clients, and industry analysts.
• Conduct customer needs discovery and translate findings into actionable product requirements.
• Work alongside UX/UI teams to develop mockups and storyboards for client validation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory trends and compliance related to healthcare technologies.
• Foster communication of regulatory changes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create educational materials and training in collaboration with internal teams.
• Drive competitive pricing, messaging, and positioning strategies ahead of Go-To-Market initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends to inform strategies and pricing dynamics.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant technical experience in the healthcare industry.
• Ability to engage effectively with business owners and back-office personnel.
• Proven experience developing consumer or patient-facing solutions.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach across functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with operational execution capabilities.
• Undergraduate degree required; familiarity with ambulatory practices preferred.
• Knowledge of tools like Jira and Agile software development is a plus.
