About The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Product Management Trainer to create and deliver a comprehensive 6-month training program for the Digital Ambassador Program in Togo. This role will engage with government stakeholders, program facilitators, and coaches to ensure our Digital Ambassadors acquire practical product management skills to foster digital transformation in government ministries.

Key Responsibilities:

πŸ” Curriculum Development & Training Design:

  • Develop a tailored Product Management curriculum that aligns with the digital transformation goals of the government.
  • Incorporate real-world case studies from civic tech and public-sector product management.
  • Design engaging, application-based learning experiences including group exercises and stakeholder role-plays.

πŸ‘©β€πŸ« Training Delivery & Facilitation:

  • Lead monthly virtual training sessions from June to December 2025.
  • Conduct two in-person workshops in Togo.
  • Mentor Ambassadors in implementing product management frameworks in their ministry projects.

🀝 Collaboration with Other Trainers:

  • Collaborate with Leadership Faculty to ensure consistency in product management and leadership development.
  • Maintain adherence to ALU’s safeguarding policies to protect young and vulnerable participants.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally within civic tech, digital government, or public sector innovation.
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring product teams.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a background in leading virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
