About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to support our Air Dominance and Strike team. This position is critical in maintaining workflow and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. Your detail-oriented nature will help ensure the team's success, making you indispensable. 💼

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating visits from customers and VIPs.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external support requests.
• Manage program-level reviews in engineering, finance, and scheduling.
• Track and manage team security clearances.
• Oversee personal and program calendars efficiently.
• Execute special projects for the Program Leadership Team.
• Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of administrative or program coordination experience in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• U.S. Person status required for security clearance access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a defense contracting or tech start-up environment.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance (or higher).

Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 USD
