Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup, execution, and closure of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects while ensuring compliance.
- Manage daily operations as specified by contracts, regulations, and laws.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational project plans, complete with timelines and visit projections.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding operational deliverables and concerns.
- Provide cross-functional leadership across internal teams, including site and data management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks with project stakeholders effectively.
- Anticipate potential issues proactively and implement corrective measures.
- Organize and maintain project documentation within internal systems (e.g., SharePoint).
- Coordinate and lead both internal and external meetings and teleconferences.
- Supervise vendor deliverables and ensure quality compliance through careful review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a health or science field).
- 3-6 years of experience in project management, clinical research, or clinical monitoring, with a preference for previous DCT experience.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and management ability with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
