Join the dynamic Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy team as a Regional Human Resources Generalist! We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist who is eager to create a positive work environment and enhance the employee experience for our team members in Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete life cycle of the employee experience in your designated region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and team members, supporting onboarding, offboarding, performance management, retention, compliance, and other HR-related projects.
  • Partner with regional leaders to administer employment policies and procedures, facilitating communication and resolution of HR-related issues.
  • Utilize data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes within the HR function.
  • Build strong relationships within the organization and establish yourself as the trusted "Go To" HR professional.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of HR experience in a service-focused role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (preferred).
