What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and inspire a sales team to exceed targets.
  • Assess and improve current sales processes and procedures.
  • Provide detailed weekly sales forecasts.
  • Cultivate professional relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Support negotiations and close sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for positive business results.
  • Stay informed about competitive activity and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years in sales, with 1-2 years leading a sales team.
  • Experience in the fire and life safety industry is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including overnight trips. ✈️
