  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies targeting CSE companies (51+ employees) in the Paris area.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to fine-tune our commercial approach.
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to meet performance goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching to foster team growth.
  • Represent Swile at specialized CSE trade shows in the Île-de-France.
  • Track team KPIs, create detailed reports for management, and ensure business continuity.
