Senior People Business Partner - Remote π
Aledade is seeking a dynamic Senior People Business Partner to join our Business Operations team in the Human Resources department! This full-time remote position will play a pivotal role in aligning our people practices with strategic business needs, ensuring we have the right structure, culture, and capabilities to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop impactful HR programs that support growth and organizational effectiveness. π₯π‘
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a culture of appreciation and feedback; utilize engagement survey data to create action plans for enhancing the employee experience. π
- Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning: Drive workforce planning initiatives to anticipate skill needs and retention risks, ensuring strong leadership pipelines. βοΈ
- Talent & Performance Management: Manage core HR processes and serve as a primary point of contact for performance-related discussions. π
- HR Analytics & Insights: Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights that assist business leaders in talent decision-making. π
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in HR/People Operations.
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Proven experience in leading employee engagement and talent management initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with compensation strategy and incentive plan design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
