Senior People Business Partner - Remote 🌍

Aledade is seeking a dynamic Senior People Business Partner to join our Business Operations team in the Human Resources department! This full-time remote position will play a pivotal role in aligning our people practices with strategic business needs, ensuring we have the right structure, culture, and capabilities to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent & Performance Management: Manage core HR processes and serve as a primary point of contact for performance-related discussions. πŸ“ˆ

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in HR/People Operations.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Proven experience in leading employee engagement and talent management initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with compensation strategy and incentive plan design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
