Key Responsibilities: 🔑
- Review design drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy for Gas detection, Fire Alarm, Oxygen Monitoring, Data, Security, and Honeywell BMS Systems.
- Provide technical expertise to overcome design and implementation challenges.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and operational phases.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures in all aspects of electrical and instrumentation work.
- Act as the client's representative in reviewing submittals from the AE for BAS and Auxiliary Systems.
- Collaborate with onsite teams for cabling infrastructure concepts and ensure sustainability goals.
- Lead reviews on design and installation quality, ensuring projects meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications: 🎓
- 15+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation systems construction, preferably in pharmaceutical, oil and gas, or manufacturing sectors.
- Expertise in Honeywell Automation Systems and a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting technical issues in E&I systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations such as NFPA, NEC, and OSHA.
Preferred Qualifications: 🌟
- Certification in electrical or instrumentation engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Experience in commissioning, validation, and startup activities for E&I systems.
- Knowledge of automation and control systems.
