As a Senior Investor Relations & Corporate Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our corporate finance strategies. If you are an experienced professional with a passion for cloud security and corporate finance, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Report to the CFO and conduct detailed financial analysis to support corporate strategy and investment decisions. 📈
• Monitor industry trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Create and deliver investor relations materials including quarterly presentations and press releases. 📰
• Develop relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Lead financial due diligence, modeling, structuring, and valuation for M&A transactions. 💼
• Develop and improve long-term financial models to forecast future growth and evaluate investment opportunities.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and valuation with advanced Excel skills. 🔍
• Strong understanding of financial statements and M&A processes.
• Ability to engage and interact confidently with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
