Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on our Competitive Intelligence team, you will spearhead research and analysis in the dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) market. Your insights will drive our strategy and empower our teams to excel against competitors while enhancing customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver strategic guidance and competitive insights to field teams during critical sales and renewal cycles 🥇
• Conduct comprehensive research on IAM competitors, focusing on Microsoft’s IAM products 🔍
• Set up environments for integration testing to streamline customer experiences 🚀
• Identify market trends and competitive differentiators to shape product strategies and positioning 📈
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned competitive strategies with product management, sales, and marketing teams 🤝
• Create competitive assets like battlecards, whitepapers, and presentations for field teams 🎯
• Provide training on competitor products and market trends to product and field teams 📚
• Maintain a robust database of competitor information for informed decision-making 🔐
• Contribute to a monthly newsletter covering market developments and trends 📰
• Travel up to 25% for customer visits and conferences 🌍

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in research, analysis, and competitive intelligence within the IAM space
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft IAM products (e.g., Entra ID, Active Directory) 🖥️
• Hands-on experience with client device configuration across platforms (Windows, Mac, etc.)
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, able to simplify complex information ✍️
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 🚀
• Strong prioritization and time management skills

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with the Okta Suite of Products
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security Products
• Experience with various MDM or UEM products and other competitive identity solutions

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $147,000—$221,000 USD for California, Colorado, New York, and Washington
• Canada: $117,000—$175,000 CAD OTE
