πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Oversee and manage all facets of data collection using advanced driving simulators, ensuring the seamless execution of multiple concurrent research projects.
  • Proctor & Participant Management: Lead daily operations for experiments, including participant scheduling and logistics to facilitate efficient human subject involvement.
  • Technical Liaison: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to specify requirements, monitor development, and ensure timely simulator updates.
  • Algorithm Support: Work alongside machine learning researchers and data scientists to align data collection with algorithm development.
  • Timeline Management: Create and maintain structured project plans to ensure timely completion of tasks across various teams.
  • Cross-Team Communication: Act as the central point of contact to ensure alignment among research, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that data collection protocols comply with research integrity, compliance, and data security standards.

✨ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, Human Factors, Project Management).
  • Proven experience managing projects that involve human subject experiments, simulators, or data workflows, preferably with a blend of technical and human-focused data.
  • Strong organizational capabilities to efficiently lead multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to bridge technical and operational teams.
  • Familiarity with machine learning workflows and data needs is a plus.
  • Experience with research compliance, IRB protocols, and ethical considerations in human-in-the-loop studies is desirable.
