About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will be pivotal to our EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations team, partnering with EMEA sales leadership to optimize our growth potential. You will leverage data and insights to drive both tactical and strategic decision-making. This role is flexible within a commutable distance to London or Dublin, with a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary operations business partner for EMEA leadership, managing pipeline, forecasting, and strategic reporting. 📊
- Establish core business rhythms to monitor key dynamics like QBRs and pipeline generation.
- Lead the GTM planning process for EMEA, collaborating with regional business partners to align on goals and territories.
- Collaborate with sales leadership on coverage models, quota planning, and account activation strategies. 🔍
- Drive operational excellence by identifying and establishing scalable processes, documenting essential workflows, and facilitating their adoption.
- Act as a coach and Team Lead for EMEA regional operations business partners, enhancing their professional development. 🌟
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment supporting Enterprise Sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate data and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Proven record of developing productivity-enhancing initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, adaptable to all levels of seniority.
- Mastery of Salesforce, including complex dashboards and reports, alongside advanced MS Excel skills. 📈
- Management experience in business operations, with a focus on coaching talent.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI.
- Experience with Tableau or other analysis/BI tools.
- Understanding of sales productivity tools (Outreach, Clari, people.ai).
