Role Overview:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will leverage your backend, data, and ML infrastructure expertise to develop efficient machine learning systems, particularly in the Generative AI space. Collaborate with a passionate team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers, directly impacting critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build reliable, high-quality products powered by Generative AI 🌌.
• Develop a user-friendly ML platform that enables rapid iteration and deployment of GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with various engineering teams to adapt the ML platform to meet diverse use cases.
• Design scalable, high-performance ML pipelines, adapting swiftly to new technologies.
• Enhance the reliability and scalability of our GenAI infrastructure, including model serving and fine-tuning systems.

Qualifications:

• B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong foundation in computer science and proficiency in Python.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience, especially in building and deploying ML systems.
• Hands-on experience developing and testing machine learning models 🧪.
• Experience with cloud environments and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Python ML libraries (e.g., Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with technologies like Spark, Databricks, Airflow, or Dagster.
• Knowledge of large language models (e.g., GPT, Gemini) and fine-tuning practices.
• Prior experience in cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $167,800 - $246,800 USD, based on experience and location. 💰
