We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Senior Solution Sales Executive to spearhead enterprise sales initiatives for SAP BTM in the French market. This pivotal role centers on selling innovative business process management transformation and process mining solutions that empower organizations to seamlessly transform their business processes at scale. You will be instrumental in achieving and surpassing annual revenue and booking targets by cultivating, developing, and maintaining new business relationships.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of SAP BTM software solutions to new clients and upsell additional services.
- Develop and implement a robust business, sales, and marketing plan tailored for your territory.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging partner relationships.
- Formulate sales strategies that resonate with the unique business needs of prospects and highlight SAPβs value proposition.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain a substantial level of weekly face-to-face or virtual prospect meetings.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure successful product demonstrations and customer engagements.
- Stay informed about SAP solutions, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Use effective time and territory management to maximize sales performance.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term retention through strong relationship management.
π Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
- Proven track record in selling business process management, process mining, or enterprise applications.
- Experience in business transformation management and engagement with C-level executives.
- Strong expertise in maneuvering complex sales cycles.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Extensive experience and understanding of the French enterprise software market.
