Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring for tech and non-tech positions.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill their recruitment needs effectively.
  • Candidate Experience: Foster a delightful experience for candidates from their first contact to offer stage.
  • Market Insights & Strategy: Provide data-driven insights and salary benchmarks to inform hiring practices.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance recruitment processes by leveraging technology for better efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech or startup environments.
  • Expertise in hiring across technology and commercial roles.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with an ATS (preferably Lever) for managing recruitment pipelines.
  • Ability to thrive independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition with knowledge of the North American recruitment landscape.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in international recruitment across APAC, EMEA, or North America.
  • Background in hyper-growth startups or marketplace businesses.
