Role Overview:
As the Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end development of DFR software features across Skydio's platforms. Your work will enable public safety and emergency responders to conduct efficient remote drone operations, transforming how emergencies are managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the success of the DFR offering to meet and exceed financial and market growth goals, in collaboration with GTM and Engineering teams.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to uncover critical DFR use cases and pain points.
• Utilize your technical expertise in cloud-connected devices to deliver impactful products and features.
• Define and enhance the complete DFR customer experience, from cloud management to real-time operations.
• Collaborate with Platform PMs to prioritize the DFR roadmap, product requirements, and performance metrics.
• Partner with Integration PMs to develop the best integration platform for Public Safety customers.
• Lead successful product launches and ongoing improvements for DFR offerings.
• Address market issues to ensure Skydio's DFR platform remains unparalleled in reliability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in defining and launching complex enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong technical background to engage confidently with engineers on challenging issues.
• Proven customer-driven approach with a track record of enhancing user workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in market analysis to inform data-driven decision-making.

Bonus Points:

• Background in drones, flight interfaces, Drone Management, or DFR software.
• Experience with real-time crime center operations or Public Safety sectors.
• Familiarity with ISR for Federal agencies or related experience.
• Hands-on experience in the enterprise drone market and DFR capabilities.
• Experience flying drones in a professional capacity.

Compensation & Benefits:
Our competitive packages include a base salary range of $150,500 - $230,000, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits plan. Additional perks include paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, a 401K savings plan, and potential relocation assistance.
