π Starlink Enterprise Account Manager (Government Aviation) π
Location: McGregor, TX

Join our team as a Starlink Enterprise Account Manager focused on Government Aviation, where you'll manage complex aviation agreements and ensure customer satisfaction is through the roof! π
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned government aviation customers, resolving issues and maintaining robust relationships. π€
- Take ownership of accounts, clearly communicating readiness, requirements, schedules, and potential risks to meet revenue goals.
- Utilize your technical expertise to help customers maximize the Starlink system's performance and reliability. π
- Advocate for customers by maintaining a positive attitude in crisis situations and providing minimal direction.
- Support airline and aircraft entry into service with training on operations, installations, and maintenance.
- Design and lead efforts for system enhancements and automation for improved processes. βοΈ
- Represent Starlink at regional conferences and events, ensuring strong engagement with partners. π
- Collaborate in developing proposals that align with long-term strategic goals and contractual commitments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; or high school diploma with 6+ years in business development, aviation operations, or account management. π
- Minimum of 6 years experience in business development or account management in aviation or government sectors.
- Proven history of customer engagement in aerospace or government industries.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with U.S. Government operations and contracts, especially in technical products and satellite communications.
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and aerospace operations.
- Strong experience in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and resource constraints.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of building long-term customer relationships. π
- Technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications (satellites, ground network, etc.).
Additional Requirements:
- Active Top Secret or Top Secret SCI clearance preferred (must be willing to pursue if not currently cleared).
- Available for extended hours and travel as needed to support customer needs and critical milestones. βοΈ
ITAR Requirements:
Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or eligible to obtain necessary authorizations from the U.S. Department of State to conform to U.S. Government regulations.
